Spiked hot chocolate recipe

When cooler weather comes around, my alcoholic beverages switch from mixed drinks to spiked hot chocolate. If you’ve never had a creamy, chocolate-y drink like this one . . . with Irish Whiskey . . . you’re missing out.

In fact, I serve this at every holiday party due to demand. My friends and family and I don’t speak of this drink outside the ~six week period between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

But during those six weeks, we talk about this whiskey cocktail a lot.
