If you love cocktails that taste like dessert, you’re going to love this blueberry vodka mojito recipe. The simple syrup makes the beverage taste like cake – so delicious!

Everyone has a different definition of a delicious cocktail, but for me if it tastes like dessert, that’s when it’s truly a winner. I also like fruity drinks – for example, our cherry vodka sour is one of my favorites (especially in summer!). I guess I’m saying, I like fruity dessert drinks?
And that’s exactly what you get with this blueberry cake mojito recipe – a flavor that is minty like you’d expect a mojito to be, but with enough blueberry that you feel like you are drinking something decadent.

Sometimes you find a cocktail worth cheating a bit for – this mojito recipe is that cocktail.
That of course depends on whether you consider liquids to be “cheating” . . . I prefer to leave those out, personally! Here’s how you make this amazing blueberry cake cocktail.
