I’ll be absolutely honest – I’m a sugar-holic. This is not new to anyone that knows me. But it’s not just sugar. I like to have a balance.

Rewinding back to the early 80s, I was a huge fan of brussel sprouts. I’ve always loved vegetables, but I’ve always loved candy too. Actually who am I kidding – I’ve always loved all desserts!

Whether it be cookies, cupcakes, cheesecake, pudding, pies, cups, bars . . . I’m probably in. And if you’re like me, you know that one of the best things about holidays is that it’s a time to celebrate. With something sweet.

No one judges you when you consume large amounts of dessert for holidays. They expect it. It’s the perfect situation for a sweet-a-holic!
