You may have tried cream cheese bars before – but have you tried them with Pumpkin Spice Oreos? And have you tried a no bake version?
If not, I’ve got a delicious dessert for you! Obviously with my pumpkin obsession (and yours too, I assume) these are perfect for fall.
These cream cheese bars can be made bite sized for parties – but I won’t tell anyone if you eat the whole pan. I would totally get it, because they are that good. Learn how to “no bake” these in minutes. Get the recipe below!

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bars
Ingredients:
- 2 packages, Pumpkin Spice Oreo Cookies
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions:

Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
Finely crush 24 Oreo cookies using a food processor. Mix with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of prepared pan. Place in refrigerator.

Crush 10 Oreos and set aside. Coarsely crush 6 Oreos and set aside.


Add cream cheese and melted chocolate to a mixing bowl and beat to combine. Stir in 10 crushed Oreos. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with 6 crushed Oreos and press gently into the top.

Refrigerate for about an hour and cut into bite size bars. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
