Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
You'll love this chicken and broccoli casserole - and so will the whole family. Prep takes ten minutes. It's cheesy, golden, and filling!

- 4 cups cubed herb seasoned stuffing prepared
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 4 T butter
- 10 oz frozen broccoli florets
- 2 cups cubed chicken breast
- 1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
If your chicken is not cooked, place on a non-stick tray and bake in a 400ºF oven for 10 minutes. Flip and bake for 15 more minutes until the juices run clear. Let cool and cube with a knife.
Preheat oven (or turn down if you baked the chicken) to 350ºF.
Spray a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Prepare the stuffing according to package instructions (with butter and water). Press the stuffing into the casserole dish evenly.
Arrange the broccoli and chicken over the stuffing.
Stir the soup, milk, and 1/2 cup of the cheese in a small bowl. Pour over the chicken and broccoli.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until hot.
Let your casserole cool for ten minutes and then serve.
