Incredibly Delicious Pineapple Salsa
This pineapple salsa recipe is a delicious combination of sweet and spicy! It goes well with any type of meat or seafood - or eat just with tortilla chips.

- 1 small pineapple
- 1 orange bell pepper
- ½ red onion
- 1 jalapeno
- 2 T cilantro
Peel and chop pineapple into large chunks, discarding the core.
Roughly chop pepper, onion and jalapeño.
Put into blender with pineapple on the bottom. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix on low, raising the speed of the blender as you go. Use the tamper to push down the ingredients if needed. Blend until you’ve reached desired consistency.
Pour and serve!
