Ingredients

Cherry Whiskey Sour

  • 2 oz bourbon whiskey
  • 2.5 oz cherry juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 1 maraschino cherry
  • ice cubes
  • egg white & powdered sugar optional

Egg White Whipped Cream (this will cover a few cocktails)

Instructions

Cherry Whiskey Sour

  • In a cocktail shaker add bourbon whiskey, cherry juice, lime juice, and a single ice cube.
  • Shake it a lot, then shake some more.
  • Strain into a standard whiskey glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Top with the egg white whipped cream if you desire (get the recipe below).
  • Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.
  • Serve.

Egg White Whipped Cream

  • In a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, add egg whites and beat until peaks form.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  • Spoon into a bowl and place into the refrigerator to chill.
