Parmesan Pepperoni Pizza Sticks Recipe
These pizza sticks are delicious! So perfect for those crisp autumn evenings when you're watching the game. It only takes 15 minutes to make four!!

Servings 8 sticks
- 8 slices bread white or wheat
- 3 oz pepperoni sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan & romano cheese
- 1/2 cup milk or buttermilk
- 2 T olive oil
Take a slice of bread. Using a sharp knife, trim off the crust from all four sides.
Using a rolling pin, flatten the bread until it is thin. Be gentle so the bread doesn't crumble.
Set out the rest of the ingredients in a small assembly line. Lay down a flattened bread slice. Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese. Place a few pieces of pepperoni on top. Try not to overfill, or the contents will easily fall out during the next step.
Roll up the pizza stick tight. Dip into the milk and sprinkle a heavy amount of Parmesan cheese on top.
Heat up about 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and fry each pizza stick. Keep turning when the sides are a toasted brown.
Allow to dry on a paper towel to drain the oil. Top with another sprinkle of parmesan.
Serve your pizza sticks with a side of marinara or pizza sauce.
