Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Chex cereal
  • 1 T parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 1/4 tsp Adobo seasoning
  • 1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • In a small bowl, break up the Chex cereal with your hands into small pieces. Add in the Parmesan, oregano, Adobo, salt & pepper. Mix it well.
  • In a separate small bowl, pour in the milk. Wash the chicken and dry them on a paper towel. Dip the drumsticks into the milk then into the Chex herb mixture.
  • Make sure to sprinkle the mixture all over the drumstick, pressing firmly with your fingertips.
  • Lay foil out on a 9×13 baking sheet, sprinkle with cooking spray and arrange the drumsticks on the sheet. You can either wrap them for the next day, freeze them in a baggie or cook right then.
  • Bake at for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Then serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
