  • 1 cup strawberries (chopped)
  • 2 ripe mangoes (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (chopped)
  • 6-8 fresh basil leaves (chopped)
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (more or less to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  • Combine all ingredients in bowl, and mix. 
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving.


This recipe will keep for 2 - 3 days in the fridge.
