Paleo Cookies with Three Ingredients

These amazing paleo cookies only have three ingredients! They are soft, delicious, and one of my favorite go-to desserts. Oh, and they're vegan, too.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Mix together the mashed bananas, cocoa powder and almond butter till smooth.
  • Scoop out tablespoons of the cookie dough onto the prepped cookie sheet. Sprinkle little sea salt on the cookies if using.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool down before serving.
