Yes and no. A macarons recipe has quite a few things that you need to get right, so I’d say don’t expect your first batch to be perfect. At least make a 1/2 or 1/4 batch so that you can a little bit of practice.
1. Combine almond flour and powdered sugar into the bowl of a food processor.
2. Add the egg whites into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Turn on medium-high. Once the whites are frothy, slowly add the granulated sugar.
