Ingredients
1 1/2ounceshibiscus syrup
1 1/2ouncesgin
1/2ouncesorange juicefreshly squeezed
1/2ounceslime juice
1/2ouncesCampari
1egg white(s)I recommend using a small egg
Instructions
In a small saucepan, add the sugar, water, and hibiscus flowers. Mix and place on low to medium heat for about 5 minutes or until you notice that it has thickened and the sugar has dissolved. Turn off the heat and let cool before using.
In a cocktail shaker, add some ice, your hibiscus simple syrup, gin, orange juice, lime juice, campari, and egg white.
Shake for 30 seconds.
Strain into your coupe glass and garnish with orange slices, hibiscus flowers, or other edible flowers.
