This oatmeal yogurt smoothie is something you can make the night before and then put in the refrigerator ’til the next morning. It’s perfect!

Ingredients Rolled oats Chia seeds Mixed berries Almond milk Honey or maple syrup Greek yogurt

Instructions:

Step 1. Blend everything in a blender till smooth.

1. Braided DIY Headband

Step 2: Add little more milk if required.

2. Knotted DIY Tie Headbands

Step 3. Adjust for sweetness with honey/syrup. Garnish with additional berries and serve.
