Apple Cider Mimosa

This apple cider champagne is a fall spin on a classic cocktail! Great for autumn parties, Thanksgiving, and more. It's SO tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle champagne 750 ml, chilled
  • 3 cups apple cider 750 ml
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 2 tsp sugar mixed with cinnamon powder optional

Instructions

  • Take a wet paper towel and run it along the rim of the champagne glass. Take the cinnamon-sugar mix in a shallow plate and turn the rim of the glass on it till the cinnamon sugar coats it. Repeat with the other glass.

  • Pour 1/3 of a cup of apple cider in each glass.

  • Pour the sparkling wine into the champagne flutes, dividing the bottle between all six glasses.

  • Add a pinch of cinnamon to the top of each glass if desired and serve.
