Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

You'll love this chicken broccoli stuffing casserole - and so will the whole family. Prep takes ten minutes. It's cheesy, golden, and filling!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed herb seasoned stuffing prepared
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 4 T butter
  • 10 oz broccoli florets frozen
  • 2 cups chicken breast(s) cubed
  • 1 can Campbell's Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • If your chicken is not cooked, place on a non-stick tray and bake in a 400ºF oven for 10 minutes. Flip and bake for 15 more minutes until the juices run clear. Let cool and cube with a knife.
  • Preheat oven (or turn down if you baked the chicken) to 350ºF. Spray a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray.

  • Prepare the stuffing according to package instructions (with butter and water). Press the stuffing into the casserole dish evenly.

  • Arrange the broccoli and chicken over the stuffing.

  • Stir the soup, milk, and 1/2 cup of the cheese in a small bowl. Pour over the chicken and broccoli.

  • Sprinkle with the remaining cheese, spreading out evenly over the top.

  • Bake for 30 minutes or until hot. Remove from the oven, let your casserole cool for ten minutes, then serve.
