Comic Book Frame

Make a DIY comic book picture frame with either real comic pages or color copies!

Ingredients

  • Unfinished wood frame
  • Comic book pages or color copies
  • Mod Podge Gloss or Matte
  • Sandpaper optional

Instructions

  • Sand any rough edges off your frame using the sandpaper, if desired. Remove any dust.
  • Cut out pieces of comic book or copies - cut into squares.

  • Apply a medium layer of Mod Podge to one side of the frame and place down the comic book pieces. Smooth with your fingers and let dry.

  • Continue the previous step all the way around the edge of the frame and let dry completely (about 15 - 20 minutes).
  • Add a top layer of Mod Podge to the entire frame and let dry.
  • Trim both the outer and inner edges of the frame with a craft knife.

  • Add a special message to the back, a photo, and display.
