Choose the twigs you'd like to use for mistletoe; trim them down with scissors.
Give the branches a coat of paint to match the felt. Let dry.
Cut out several felt leaves and set aside.
Make the mistletoe berries with the cotton balls. Pull off a piece of cotton and roll it in your fingers until it becomes a ball. Alternatively, you can use small white pom poms.
Hot glue the felt leaves to the twigs, taking cues from the natural shape of the branch.
Hot glue the cotton balls in sets of three.
Hot glue the twigs together, then tie them with string.
Use red and white baker's twine to make a loop for hanging.
