Ingredients

  • 1 cup conditioner
  • 2 cups cornstarch
  • 1 bottle Glow In The Dark Paint, 12 oz. non-toxic

Instructions

  • Mix the conditioner and cornstarch together in a bowl. If the dough seems sticky, add a bit more cornstarch.
