This quesadilla recipe is packed with flavor. Savory prosciutto, juicy tomatoes, crunchy kale and cheesy mozzarella on top of garlic butter - delicious!
Start with the soft butter in a dish. Add the garlic salt, garlic powder and the dried basil. Using a large spoon, mix well.
Place the soft tortilla down and spread a spoonful of butter on it. Focusing on half the tortilla, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese down.
Add the sliced tomato, prosciutto, and kale. Sprinkle on a little salt and pepper.
Fold the tortilla in half and place in a pan on medium high. Sear on both sides until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove from heat, cut and serve.
