Ingredients
1lbground turkey breast
1canCampbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
4.5ozdiced green chiles1 small can
1cupmild salsa
1/2cupmilk
6 8-inch flour tortillas cut into 1" pieces
1 1/2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 400ºF and spray a dish with non stick cooking spray.
In a 12-inch skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium-high heat until it's fully cooked. Stir frequently to break up the meat.
While the turkey cooks, cut your tortilla into pieces.
Stir in the soup, salsa, milk, diced chilies, tortillas, and 1/2 of the cheese into the skillet with the turkey. Spoon the entire mixture into an 11 x 8-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese onto your taco bake and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400ºF for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling on top.
Pull from the oven and let cool for ten minutes before slicing and serving.
