Have you ever had a Reese’s pie? It’s the dessert that’s more than just a sweet treat; it’s a chocolaty, peanut buttery journey to bliss.

Today, I’m sharing a recipe for this pie that’s so decadently delicious, it should probably be illegal.

This isn’t just any Reese’s pie; this is a masterpiece loaded with cream cheese, whipped topping, and an ungodly amount of peanut butter and chocolate.

It’s the culinary equivalent of hitting the jackpot at a candy-themed slot machine!

This Reese’s peanut butter pie isn’t just a dessert; it’s a declaration of love for all things sweet and satisfying.

And let’s be honest, who can resist the siren call of Reese’s? Not me, and certainly not you, if you’re still reading this and not already rummaging through your pantry for ingredients.

As you embark on this culinary escapade, imagine layer upon layer of creamy, peanut buttery goodness, each bite a perfect balance of sweet and salty.

The whipped topping is like a cloud of happiness, light and fluffy, and combines perfectly with the peanut butter.

The cream cheese also adds a richness that’s akin to finding a twenty-dollar bill in an old pair of jeans – unexpected but oh-so delightful.

And the pièce de résistance? A generous topping of hardened chocolate, mini Reese’s pieces, and, you guessed it, more Reese’s cups. It’s like we raided the candy aisle with reckless abandon.

This pie isn’t just a dessert; it’s a decadent escape from reality, where calories don’t exist, and the only rule is to enjoy every single bite.

So, grab your spatula, tie on your apron, and let’s dive into the world of Reese’s pie – a place where the streets are paved with peanut butter and the houses are made of chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 9 inch graham cracker pie crust

  • 1/4 cup chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 teaspoon Crisco (or coconut oil vegetable oil)

Tips and Thoughts for This Recipe

Spread the chocolate out so it doesn’t get too thick in one area. If this happens, it will be harder to cut through the chocolate.

Presentation tip: make the halved Reese cups all face the same way when placing them in a ring.
