  • 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar, divided
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 14 Reese’s Cups

Tips and Thoughts for This Recipe

If you want the cookie to cool completely so the chocolate hardens again, it could take up to one hour.

Cookies can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days in an airtight container or you can freeze the cookie dough balls and bake a few at a time when needed.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar, divided
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 14 Reese’s Cups

Instructions

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Preheating the oven
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine 1 cup sugar, peanut butter, and egg together.
  4. Use a two tablespoon cookie scoop to create cookie dough balls and roll each cookie dough ball in the remaining granulated sugar.Create Dough Balls and Roll Them in Sugar
  5. Place the cookie dough balls about 2” apart on the prepared baking sheet.Place the Balls on the Cookie Sheet
