Ingredients
- 1 soft tortilla
- 4 tbsp soft butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- thinly sliced prosciutto
- handful of kale or spinach

Mozzarella Prosciutto Quesadilla
Ingredients
- 1 soft flour tortilla
- 2 T butter softened
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 oz prosciutto thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup kale or spinach, about one handful
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start with the soft butter in a dish. Add the garlic salt, garlic powder and the dried basil. Using a large spoon, mix well.
- Place the soft tortilla down and spread a spoonful of butter on it. Focusing on half the tortilla, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese down.
- Add the sliced tomato, prosciutto, and kale. Sprinkle on a little salt and pepper.
- Fold the tortilla in half and place in a pan on medium high. Sear on both sides until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove from heat, cut and serve.
