Peach Screwdriver Recipe for an Endless Summer

Take the classic screwdriver recipe and make it peachy and delicious for summer! You’re going to love the fruit flavored vodka and yummy nectar within.

We like messing around with classic cocktails, and it’s so not a bad thing. Especially when we’re making a delicious summer cocktail recipe.

For instance, we have taken the longstanding screwdriver recipe that is traditionally a pairing of orange juice and vodka and added something different.

And that something different is the sweet taste of peaches multiplied by a factor of three.

How’d we do it?

Well, for starters we’re utilizing peach-flavored vodka, peach nectar and we even garnished this sweet concoction with a slice of sweet peachy peach.

In a word YUM! Find out how you too can Peter Piper and pick a peck of peaches.

You can use any neutral vodka for this screwdriver if you choose not to go with peach vodka. That is what the recipe uses, but I understand that some people can’t find it or would rather use what they have on hand. It’s still tasty!

As far as the peach vodka, I love the Svedka, but Ciroc, Deep Eddy, and Smirnoff also have their own highly rated versions. Maybe you should try this cocktail four times to see what you like best? Kidding, but maybe not a bad idea.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ounces of Svedka Peach Vodka
• 3 ounces of Kern’s Peach Nectar
• Ice cube
• Crushed ice
• Peach slice (optional)

Glass: Use a standard rocks or whiskey glass. Here is my favorite cocktail shaker.

I have to admit that the peach slice on the edge of the glass is kind of a bougie addition – but it works, don’t you think? I challenge you to try this beverage and tell me it’s not one of your favorites for summer. It’s that good.
