This strawberry and watermelon vodka smoothie is the perfect beverage for summer! It’s tasty, sweet, and refreshing . . . the whipped cream is optional!

I’m a big fan of flavored vodka. Whether it be blueberry, cotton candy, root beer . . . I’ve tried them all!
This unique recipe uses a delicious lemon strawberry flavored spirit along with fruit to make a watermelon vodka smoothie – only the most perfect warm weather beverage on the face of the earth.

In my mind, I’m drinking this watermelon vodka smoothie on the beach. I haven’t worked in three years, yet someone is paying me to sit on the beach and read. Or maybe listen to music.
But either way, I’m relaxed and comfortable, just enjoying my beverage.
Here’s how this summer cocktail is made.
