Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 4 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 3 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 3 teaspoon ground allspice

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add all five spices and blend well using a whisk,Metal bowl with ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and allspice
  2. Transfer to a glass jar with lid combo or another airtight container.  Store in a dry, dark cabinet for future use.
